摘　　要：目的分析某地区武警部队基层卫生专业兵人力资源现状。方法通过整群随机抽样的方法，对某地区武警部队基层卫生专业士兵进行问卷调查，分析不同类型部队（机动部队与执勤部队）和不同级别基层卫生机构（支队／团、大队／营、中队／连）的卫生专业士兵人力资源情况。结果①回收问卷355份，有效数据352人，有效率为99．2％，均为男性。②该地区武警部队基层卫生专业士兵随着级别的升高，年龄呈增加趋势，高学历占比也呈增加趋势。③当前学历中，执勤部队的基层卫生专业士兵的高学历占比要高于机动部队（P〈0．05）。④大部分的中级卫生士官集中在卫生队，卫生兵、初级卫生士官则是集中在卫生室和卫生所（P〈0．05）。⑤基层卫生专业士兵主要以医疗岗位为主，“一专多能”有待于进一步强化。结论该地区武警部队基层卫生专业士兵数量充足，高年资和高学历占比高于某战区解放军水平，但单位分布不均衡、岗位分布不合理和“一专多能”程度不足，需通过建强基层卫生专业士兵人才队伍、增加卫生队主动服务基层中队（连）频次和搞好卫生专业士兵继续教育，突出“一专多能”等方法，提高基层卫生专业士兵人力资源的质量效益。Objective To investigate the medics human resources status in the grassroots level. Methods By means of a cluster random sampling method, we have made a survey about the human resource status among primary medics in a region. Results 355 valid papers were recovered with 352 valid samples, which is all male. In this area, the primary medics increased with the rank, age increased, and the proportion of highly educational background increased. The higher educational background proportion of the troops on duty is higher than that of the mobile units, P〈0.05. Most of the mid-level medical sergeant are concentrated in the health team, medical corps and junior medical sergeant are concentrated in the health-center and clinics, P〈0.05. Primary medics are mainly based on medicine and the multi-skill training is in the low level. Conclusion The number of primary health soldiers in this area is basically enough, the proportion of high endowment and high education is higher than that of PLA. However, the unit and post distribution is unbalanced, the multi-skill stay insufficient level. We need to take steps to improving the quality and benefit of primary medics, such as building strong grass roots primary medics, increasing the frequency of active service of grass roots teams by the medical teams, doing well in the further education for medics.
