结构化护理方案护理急诊ICU失禁相关性皮炎患者的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨和研究结构化护理方案对预防失禁相关性皮炎患者的效果。方法:选取2015-10-2016-10期间我院急诊ICU发生失禁相关性皮炎的患者128例,制定两种结构化护理方案,分别为实验组65例,对照组63例。实验组应用结构化管理模式,制定并实施结构化护理方案;对照组按照失禁的常规护理进行,采用温水擦洗、保持干燥和橄榄油润肤后用硅酮敷料。比较两组方案中,患者失禁相关性皮炎的愈合时间和再发率。结果:患者伤口的平均愈合时间明显比对照组要短且再发率也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理效果也优于对照组。结论:对失禁相关性皮炎患者的临床护理中,实施结构化护理方案可促进失禁相关性皮炎的痊愈,缩短愈合时间和降低再发率。Objective：Objective to investigate and study the effect of structured nursing program on prevention of incontinence associated dermatitis. Method.. 128 patients with incontinence related dermatitis were selected from our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 ,and two structured nursing protocols were formulated as the experimental group and the control group. There were 85 cases in the experimental group and （;3 cases in the control group. The experimental group used was treated structured management model to formulate and implement struc tured nursing program. The control group was treated with routine care of incontinence, using warm water scrub, dry and Olive Oil Moisturizing silicone dressing. The healing time and recurrence rate of incontinence related der- matitis were compared between the 2 groups. Result：The average healing time of the wound was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was also lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： In the clinical care of patients with incontinence associated dermatitis, the implementation of structured care program can promote the rehabilitation of incontinence related dermatitis, shorten the healing time and reduce recurrence rate.
