摘　　要：创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnificus)是一种的耐盐的革兰阴性弧菌属致病菌。该菌在全球范围内均有分布,通过食品和伤口接触感染患者,对沿海人民的生命健康造成威胁。创伤弧菌高致死、易致残、易在海洋中增殖的特性使其有可能被开发成为生物武器。因此,详尽的预防、诊断和治疗方案是我军生命安全和战斗力的重要保障。本文综述了创伤弧菌的常规诊断方法与治疗手段以及战场中的感染防治管理。Vibrio vulnificus is a gram negative pathogen with high salt-tolerance.Distributed all over the world,such pathogen can spread through contaminated food or wound-contact,which threatening coastal people health.With the characteristics of high mortality,high disability and high proliferative rate in the seawater,Vibrio vulnificus may be easy to be developed asbiological weapons.Therefore,detailed plans for the prevention,diagnosis and treatments of such pathogen may be the crucial guarantee for life safety and combat effectiveness of our army.In this study,we have reviewed the routine methods of diagnosis and treatments for Vibrio vulnificus and the prevention managements in battlefield.
