摘　　要：牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV)是引起牛黏膜病的病原,该病原给养牛业造成重大的损失,致病机理十分复杂。与丙肝病毒同属黄病毒科,二者有很高的同源性,所以被用作HCV的模式病毒。其基因组为一单股正链RNA分子,编码4种结构蛋白和8种非结构蛋白,这些蛋白质在病毒的复制、翻译及与宿主细胞的相互作用中发挥重要作用。随着对该病毒及同属的其他病毒研究的深入,人们对该病毒的致病机制、免疫逃避、遗传特性等方面有了一定的认识。本文综述了该病毒及其同科病毒编码的蛋白质的主要功能,为该病的防治及其他病毒的深入研究提供参考依据。The infection resulted from bovine viral diarrhea virus（BVDV） can lead to mucosal disease of cattle,and this pathogen can strongly impair cattle industry.Molecular infection mechanism of BVDV is complicate.This virus and hepatitis C virus（HCV） can be classified into the family Flaviviridae,and the two viruses own high homology,thus BVDV can serve as virus model for HCV.The genome of BVDV is a positive single-stranded RNA.There are four structure proteins and eight non-structural proteins during the translation of BVDV.These viral products play important roles in replication,translation and the interactions between virus and host.With the development of studies for BVDV,there is relatively complete investigation of pathogenesis,immune evasion and genetic feature of BVDV.Here,we view some biological functions of BVDV and other family members to provide some suggestions for prevention from BVDV infection.
