摘　　要：针对《国家新型智慧城市评价指标和标准体系应用指南》的编制背景和内容框架进行整体介绍,并对核心要点进行了解读。阐述了国家新型智慧城市评价指标体系的总体框架及基本组成,新型智慧城市标准体系的总体框架及国内智慧城市标准研制情况,并对《指南》相关内容的应用路径提出了建议。The paper gives an general introduction about the establishment background and content framework of Application Guide for National New-type Smart City Evaluation Indicators and Standards System＂, and analyzes the core points, elaborates the overall framework and composition of national new-type smart city evaluation indicators system, overall framework of new-type smart city standards system＇s and key standards development status. Besides, suggestions about the book＇s application path are proposed
