摘 要:分析了我国传统居住区道路规划中"通而不畅"原则的重要意义及其副作用。提出未来居住区应依据其高密度、高楼层、高容积率、普遍建设地下空间的特点,从"通而不畅"走向"安宁畅通",以缓解城市交通拥堵及停车难问题,并从三个方面提出改进建议:对居住区实行人车分层,以彻底改善人车矛盾,同时将居住区地下空间社会化,提高利用率;多个居住区步行系统互联互通,居住区机动交通与城市整合、一体化,在居住区地下空间中设置城市机动车道;利用覆土绿地形成安宁的开放空间。This paper analyzes the significance and the related side effects of the traditional principle of "open but interrupted" in the residential area road planning. It puts forward that the future residential area should be developed from "open but interrupted" to "peaceful open", based on the characteristics of high density, high elevation, high plot ratio and the common construction of underground spaces, in order to ease the problems of traffic congestion and parking difficulties. It also proposes design improvements in three aspects: to separate people and vehicles in residential areas in order to thoroughly settle people-car contradictions, and to socialize the underground spaces of residential areas and increase utilization; to link and connect the pedestrian systems of several residential areas, integrate the vehicle circulations of the residential areas with that of the city, and set urban vehicle circulations in the underground spaces of residential areas; and to create peaceful open spaces with overburden green spaces.
