摘　　要：选取智慧社区建设起步较早、发展较快、经验丰富的美国、欧洲、新加坡、日本等国家和地区,总结其智慧社区发展历程与特点,并针对我国智慧社区建设面临问题,从顶层设计、建设模式、试点先行、弹性社区、人才培养等方面,提出对我国智慧社区建设的启示和建议。This paper selects some typical developed countries and areas like America, Europe, Singapore and Japan which initiating the construction of smart communities earlier, developing faster and obtaining rich experience, summarizes the development paths and characteristics of smart communities in these developed countries separately. Then, aiming the problems in the some implications from five aspects of top-level design, talents training. construction of smart communities in China, proposes construction mode, pilot first, resilient community and talents training.
