青年人群冷加压试验血压反应性的影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨青年人群冷加压试验(cold pressor test,CPT)血压反应性的影响因素。方法对483例17~28岁的青年进行问卷调查及身高、体质量测量、CPT检测,分析影响青年人群CPT血压反应性的因素。结果总人群收缩压(SBP)高反应率为8.9%(43/483),舒张压(DBP)高反应率为6.0%(29/483)。多因素分析显示,男性、饮酒与CPT血压反应性呈正相关(P<0.05),其中男性SBP高反应风险是女性的2.9倍(OR=2.916,OR95%CI 1.382~6.152,P<0.05),饮酒者DBP高反应性风险是不饮酒者的12.6倍(OR=12.600,OR95%CI 2.236~70.994,P<0.01)。而较高的基线血压与CPT高反应性负相关(P<0.05),基线DBP较高者DBP高反应风险是基线DBP较低者的0.9倍(OR=0.877,OR95%CI 0.834~0.923,P<0.001)。结论在青年人群中,男性、饮酒与CPT血压反应性正相关,较高的基线血压与CPT血压反应性负相关。AIM To investigate factors associated with blood pressure （BP） response to the cold pressor test （CPT） in young. METHODS 483 participants aged 17 -28 years were filled in a questionnaire. Each person was measured for height and weight, and BP response to the CPT. RESULTS The systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） high reaction rates were 8.9% and 6.0%, respectively. In muhivariable analyses, the study determined that male gender （OR =2. 916,0R95% CI 1. 382 -6. 152, P 〈 0. 05 ）, alcohol consumption （ OR = 12. 600, 0R95% CI 2. 236 - 70. 994, P 〈 0. 01 ） was significantly associated with higher BP response to the CPT, while higher baseline BP （ OR = 0. 877, OR95% CI 0. 834 -0. 923, P 〈0. 001 ） was significantly associated with lower BP response to the CPT. CONCLUSION Male gender and alcohol consumption are significantly associated with of higher BP response to the CPT in the young, while higher baseline BP is significantly associated with lower BP response to the CPT.
