摘 要:利用数值模拟技术对Cr5钢支承辊的水-空交替淬火过程进行了研究。通过实验测得了Cr5钢支承辊的材料性能参数,利用DEFORM软件分析了空冷时间、水冷时间等影响因子对Cr5钢支承辊在水-空交替淬火过程中温度场、组织场以及应力场的影响,获得了满足支承辊使用需求的水-空交替淬火工艺,并与连续喷雾淬火工艺进行了物理模拟实验对比。结果表明:与连续喷雾淬火+回火工艺处理相比,Cr5钢试样经水-空交替淬火+回火工艺处理后的硬度降低了约2.54%,但伸长率以及冲击韧性分别提高了约6.34%和16.67%。水-空交替淬火工艺既保证了Cr5支承辊的硬度和强度等性能指标,又提高了其淬火后组织中的残留奥氏体含量,从而可使其塑性和韧性得到一定程度的提升。Numerical simulation technology was used to study the water-air alternating quenching process of Cr5 steel backup roll. The material performance parameters of the Cr5 steel backup roll were measured, and the influence of air cooling time and water cooling time on temperature field, microstructure field and stress field in the quenching process of Cr5 steel backup roll was analyzed by DEFORM software. A new water-air alternating quenching process which can meet the using requirement of the backup roll was obtained and compared with the continuous spray quenching process by physical simulation experiments. The results show that compared with continuous spray quenching and tempering process, the hardness of the Cr5 steel after heat treatment by water-air alternating quenching and tempering process decreases by 2. 54%, but the elongation and the impact toughness increase by 6. 34% and 16. 67%, respectively. The Cr5 backup roll after heat treatment by water-air alternating quenching process can not only meet the hardness and strength using requirements but also improve the content of retained austenite in the microstructure after quenching, resulting in the improvement of its plasticity and toughness.
