优质护理在妊娠高血压疾病产妇护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨与分析优质护理在妊娠高血压疾病(妊高症)产妇护理中的应用效果。方法 60例妊高症产妇,根据住院顺序的先后排列分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组产妇采用常规护理干预,观察组产妇采用常规护理联合优质护理干预。比较两组护理后新生儿体重、新生儿Apgar评分以及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组新生儿体重为(3.3±0.8)kg、新生儿Apgar评分为(9.5±0.7)分,均高于对照组的(2.8±0.7)kg、(8.6±0.5)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组产妇并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妊高症产妇,给予优质护理干预可以减少子痫和先兆子痫等并发症的发生,还能够增加新生儿体重和Apgar评分,对于产妇和婴儿的健康有极大的价值。Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in puerpera with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods A total of 60 puerpera with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided by admission order into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received conventional nursing and high quality nursing intervention. Comparison were made on neonatal weight, neonatal Apgar score and complications were observed after nursing between two groups. Results After nursing, the observation group had neonatal weight as（3.3± 0.8） kg and neonatal Apgar score as（9.5±0.7） points than（2.8±0.7） kg and（8.6±0.5） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. After nursing, the observation group had lower complication rate as 3.33% than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion For puerpera with pregnancy induced hypertension, high quality nursing intervention can reduce occurrence of complications of eclampsia and pre eclampsia, and also increase neonatal weight and Apgar score. It is of great value to the health of mothers and infants.
