良性前列腺增生单病种医保患者住院费用因子分析

摘　　要：目的探讨良性前列腺增生单病种医保住院患者费用的主要影响因子,为减轻患者医疗费用负担,控制此病种住院医疗费用的过度增长提供参考依据。方法以某三甲医院的良性前列腺增生单病种医保住院患者为研究对象,采用因子分析方法,对某院2014年-2016年873名良性前列腺增生单病种患者的住院医疗费用进行分析。结果平均住院费用21 221.48元,住院费用构成中,药费占总费用的35.73%,手术、麻醉费占19.23%,检查费占12.13%,材料费占10.84%,化验费占10.24%,治疗费占7.27%,床位费占2.28%,护理费占1.7%,其他费用占0.36%,输血费占0.22%,临床治疗活动费用因子、检查活动费用因子、辅助临床治疗费用因子、临床治疗所需材料类费用因子是良性前列腺增生单病种住院费用的4个主要支配因子。结论降低药费、检查化验费和材料费是控制良性前列腺增生单病种医保住院患者费用过度增长的主要手段。Objectives To explore the main controlling factors of the hospitalization expenses of benign prostatic hypertrophy medicare inpatients, relieve the burden of medical expense on the patient, provide basis for controlling the overage rise of the hospitalization expenses of benign prostatic hypertrophy medicare inpatients. Method Factors analysis method was used to analyze the medical expenses of 873 cases patients of benign prostatic hypertrophy from 2014 to 2016 in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital. Results The average hospitalization cost was 21221.48 yuan. In the hospitalization expenses, drug costs accounted for 35.73%,operation and anesthesia costs 19.23%, inspection fees 12.13%, material costs 10.84%, laboratory fee 10.24%, treatment fee 7.27%, bed fees 2.28%, Nursing fee 1.7%, others0.36%, blood transfusion fees 0.22%, factors of clinical treatment activities fee, inspection activities fee, clinical treatment assistant fee, the material costs of clinical treatment were the four public factors influencing the hospitalization expenses of benign prostatic hypertrophy medicare inpatients. Conclusions Reducing drug charge, checking the cost of testing and materials were the main means to control the overgrowth of patients in the patients with prostatic hyperplasia.
