摘　　要：社会工作非营利、非市场化的职业特征决定了社会工作专业教育的公共性。现实中,市场化制度环境使社会工作专业教育公共性功能的发挥陷入困境。社会工作专业教育不能完全依靠市场的自我调节,政府作为代表全民利益的公共机制,维护社会工作专业教育的公共性是其职责所在。因此,国家应运用公共权力,通过立法或制定规则、建立公共资源投入和补偿机制等方式进行干预,确保社会工作专业教育的公共性。Social work＇s non-profit,non-market career decide the publicity of social work professional education. In reality,market-oriented institutional environment made the publicity of social work professional education to face plight. Under the condition of market economy,the social work education can＇t depend entirely on the self-regulation of the market,as the public mechanism representing the interests of the whole people,the government has to be responsible for the publicity of education. Therefore,our country should use the public power,making rules and establishing a public resources investment and compensation mechanism,ensure the commonality of social work professional education.
