摘　　要：广东民办高等职业教育的发展领先于全国平均水平,本文通过对广东27所民办高等职业院校校领导特别是校长的性别、年龄、教育背景、学术背景和职业背景等特征进行统计分析,形成定量数据,并对其进行分析与探讨,希望为广东乃至国内高等民办职业院校校长的遴选提供参考。The development of private high vocational powers in Guangdong is ahead of the national average.This paper analyses the characteristics of gender,age,educational background,academic background and the occupational background of 27 private high vocational powers in Guangdong. We hope to provide possible reference principals of presidents＇ selection for Guangdong and even the domestic high-level private high vocational schools.
