医务人员对口腔健康体检的认知现状调查

摘　　要：目的探讨医务人员在健康体检中对口腔检查项目的认识。方法选取2015年12月至2016年2月郑州市第一人民医院2 448名医护人员年度体检中,参加口腔科项目检查的1 667名医护人员,研究分析1 667名口腔检查人员的体检结果。结果本次应体检医护人员2448名,其中男性632人、女性1 816人,实检人员2 347人,其中男性584人,女性1 763人。参加口腔科检查1 667人,其中男性386人,女性1 281人,口腔科项目体检率71.27%,男性体检率66.10%,女性体检率72.66%;龋病患病率59.57%,其中男性患病率41.19%、女性患病率65.11%;牙周病患病率50.63%,其中男性患病率81.35%、女性患病率41.37%。结论医务人员参加口腔项目检查意义重大,口腔科项目检查对龋齿、牙周病的预防治疗和控制超重肥胖、血脂异常、糖尿病等有重要意义。Objective To investigate the cognitive status of the oral physical examination knowledge in the medical personnel.Methods Totally 1 667 medical personnel who take part in the oral examination were selected in the medical examination population in a hospital between December.2015 and February.2016,and related physical examination data was analyzed.Results Totally 2 347 medical personnel were included in the medical examination,of which 584 subjects were male,and 1 763 subjects were female.1 667 subjects took part in the oral examination,of which 386 subjects were male,and 1281 subjects were female.The oral examination rate was 71. 27%,the rate in male was 66. 10% and in female was 72. 66%.The prevalence of caries was59. 57%,the rate in male was 41. 19%,and in female was 65. 11%.The rate of periodontal disease was 50. 63%,and the rate in male was 81. 35%,in female was 41. 37%. Conclusion Medical personnel in oral examination has great significance for the prevention of dental caries,periodontal disease and control of overweight obesity,dyslipidemia and diabetes.
