匹多莫德联合伐昔洛韦及阿达帕林治疗扁平疣的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨匹多莫德片联合伐昔洛韦片及阿达帕林凝胶治疗扁平疣患者的临床疗效。方法选取广州医科大学附属乐从医院皮肤科2016年5月至2017年5月收治的扁平疣患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组患者采用匹多莫德片联合伐昔洛韦及外用阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗,对照组患者仅口服伐昔洛韦和外用阿达帕林凝胶,比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗后辅助性T细胞(CD4+)、抑制性T细胞(CD8+)、血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平。结果试验组患者治疗的总有效率为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应发生率为10.0%,显著低于对照组的30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的试验组CD_4^+、CD_8^+、IL-2水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德片联合伐昔洛韦片及阿达帕林凝胶治疗扁平疣临床疗效明显,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of valaciclovir combined with Pidotimod Tablets and Adapalene Gel on flat wart patients.Methods 80 cases of verruca plana were selected from Department of Dermatology of Lecong Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2016 to May 2017.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with valaciclovir combined with Pidotimod Tablets and Adapalene Gel for topical treatment,patients in the control group only oral valaciclovir and topical Adapalene Gel,T helper cells and the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups of patients,compare the adverse reactions and T suppressor cell,serum interleukin.Results The test group patients total effective rate was 90%,70% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;test group of patients with adverse reactions was 10%,significantly lower than the control group 30%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the test group CD4^＋,CD8^＋,IL-2 were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pidotimod Tablets combined with clinical efficacy of valaciclovir tablets and Adapalene Gel treatment of flat wart,and low incidence rate of adverse reaction.
