摘 要:针对传统充填站土建工程量大、可控性差,不可移动、转场等问题,提出了膏体充填站的模块化设计思路,依据移动式混凝土搅拌站结构设计特点把整个充填系统根据不同功能属性分解设计成具有通用标准接口的若干独立模块,结果表明,该开发设计方法减少了设备成本,提高了工作效率,获得了更高的膏体充填效益并且环境友好,为将来向智能化膏体充填站发展打下坚实基础。Aimed at the problems of traditional filling station, such as large civil engineering, poor controllability, immobility and no transition, the modular design for paste filling station was put forward. Based on the structure design features of mobile concrete mixing plant, the whole filling system was divided and designed as several independent modules with general standard interface according to different function attributes. The results showed that this design reduced the equipment cost, improved the working efficiency, and obtained higher paste filling benefit, which laid a solid foundation for the development of intelligent paste filling stations in the future.
