摘 要:以河曲磁窑沟矿巷道顶板控制为背景,通过对冒顶高度的理论分析和数值模拟计算,结合现场情况和施工经验,确定了"预应力锚杆+钢筋网+预应力锚索"联合支护方案;运用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,对锚杆、锚索联合支护引起的附加应力场进行了分析,对锚杆、锚索各自预应力大小进行了优化设计;通过监测支护后锚索拉力和巷道顶板位移,对支护效果进行了评价分析。实践表明"预应力锚杆+钢筋网+预应力锚索"联合支护有效控制了巷道顶板离层变形,取得了良好的支护效果。Taking the roof control in Ciyaogou Coal Mine of Hequ district as an engineering background, and according to the situation and construction experience, the combined supporting method of pre-stressed bolt, steel mesh and pre-stressed anchor cable was determined through the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on caving height. The numerical simulation soft- ware FLAC3D was used to analyze the additional stress field caused by the combined supporting of bolt and anchor cable, as well as to design the each prestress value of bolt and anchor cable. Then, by monitoring the tension of anchor cable and the displace- ment in the roof of roadway after supporting, the supporting effect was evaluated and analyzed. The practice showed that the combined supporting method of pre-stressed bolt, steel mesh and pre-stressed anchor cable could effectively control the deform- ation in the roof of roadway, with good supporting effect.
