摘  要:采用实物网格和有限元模拟了等通道侧向挤压变形过程,对流动网格变化情况、应力-应变曲线进行了分析研究。结果表明:等通道侧向挤压变形呈中心对称,变形过程非常复杂,分为变形均匀区、变形不均匀区和未变形区三个区。应力应变曲线分为快速增加阶段、缓慢增加至最大值和缓慢降低三个阶段。实物模拟和有限元模拟结果一致。The deformation process of equal channel lateral extrusion (DECLE) was simulated by using physical mesh and finite element method. Variation of flow grids and the stress-strain curves were analyzed and studied. The results show that the DECLE deformation presents central symmetry, and the deformation process is very complicated. It is divided into three deformation zones, that is the uniform deformation zone, the inhomogeneous deformation zone and the non-deformation zone. The stress-strain curve is divided into three stages: the rapid increase stage, the slow increase to the maximum and the slow decline. The results of physical simulation and finite element simulation are in good agreement.
