摘 要:采用洛氏硬度计、拉伸试验机、光学显微镜、场发射电镜以及DRD制罐设备分析了卷取温度对DR材组织性能和DRD罐成形的影响规律。结果表明,随卷取温度的提高,DR材硬度和强度降低,伸长率和{111}织构密度提高。提高卷取温度可达到改善制罐成形效果的目的,其与晶粒组织粗化和{111}织构密度增加有关。The influences of coiling temperature on microstructure and properties of DR material and DRD tank forming were analyzed by means of Rockwell hardness tester, tensile tester, optical microscope, field emission electron microscope and DRD canning equipment. The results show that with the increase of coiling temperature, the hardness and strength of DR material decrease, the elongation and the {111} texture density increase. Increasing the coiling temperature can reach the purpose of improving the forming effect of canning, which is related to grain coarsening and the increase of { 111 } texture density.
