摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500对中碳钒微合金钢进行了高温压缩试验,研究了钢在900~1100℃、应变速率0.01~10 s-1的应力-应变数据。根据动态材料模型(DMM),基于Murty失稳判据建立了该钢的热加工图,分析了钢的流变失稳行为和微观组织。结果表明:合适的热加工区域是0.1~0.18 s-1应变速率、980~1000℃变形温度。失稳区是900~1010℃、0.18~10 s-1和1030~1100℃、0.02~0.20 s-1。材料热加工图与材料动态再结晶的形核和长大有关。High temperature compression tests of medium carbon vanadium micro-alloyed steel were carried out by using Gleeble-3500. The stress-strain data of the steel at 900-1100℃ and strain rate of 0.01-10 s^-1 were studied. According to the dynamic material model (DMM), the hot processing map of the steel was established based on the Murty instability criterion, and the flow instability behavior and microstructure of the steel were analyzed. The results show that the suitable hot processing area is the strain rate of 0.1-0.18 s^-1 and the deformation temperature at 980-1000℃. The instability area is 900-1010℃, 0.18-10 s^-1 and 1030-1100℃, 0.02 -0.20 s^-t. The hot processing map of the material is related to the nucleation and growth of dynamic recrystallization of the material.
