摘 要:以2024-T4铝合金为研究对象,研究了静止轴肩搅拌摩擦搭接焊接头的成形和冲击性能。结果表明,利用静止轴肩可获得表面无弧纹、小飞边、内部钩状缺陷和冷搭接高度较低的搭接接头。前进侧搅拌针作用区边缘的冲击韧性最低,焊核区次之,后退侧搅拌针作用区边缘与两侧的轴肩作用区边缘具有较高的冲击韧性。Taking 2024-T4 alumimum alloy as the research object, the formation and impact properties of the stationary shoulder friction stir lap welding joints were investigated. The results show that the lap joint without arc lines, small flash, internal hook and low cold lap height can be obtained by using the stationary shoulder. The impact toughness of the region near the pin affected zone boundary at the advancing side is the lowest, the weld nugget zone is second, and the regions near the pin affected zone boundary and the shoulder affected zone boundary on the both sides have relatively high impact toughness.
