摘  要:使用ANSYS有限元软件对HFW焊管高频感应焊接过程中的电磁场和温度场进行了模拟,通过APDL语言程序实现了热源温度由开口态到焊合态的提取,并对变换的模型施加热源载荷的方式求解其焊后冷却的温度场,获得了焊缝处不同位置的温度分布和冷却规律,为焊缝附近的组织预测提供了依据。提取焊缝中心上表面节点随时间变化的温度曲线与试验所测点的温度进行对比,二者基本吻合,验证了模型的正确性。The electromagnetic field and temperature field in high frequency welding process were simulated by using the ANSYS finite element software. The heat source temperature from the open state to the weld state was extracted through the APDL language program, and the heat source load was applied to the transformed model to solve the temperature field after welding. The temperature distribution and cooling law at different positions of the weld were obtained, which provided the basis for the prediction of the microstructure near the weld. The temperature curves of the upper surface nodes of the weld center were compared with those of the measured points, the two were basically the same, which verified the correctness of the model.
