摘 要:目的:研究正常未育青年女性静息状态阴道三维精细解剖结构。方法:收集2013年1月至2016年10月于南方医院妇科就诊患者的MRI影像数据及一般资料。选择满足入选要求的45例青年未育女性静息状态下MRI数据集,利用Mimics 10.01软件进行三维重建,联合UG软件对阴道及其与尿道之间的精细解剖参数进行三维测量和分析。结果:所有数据可构建阴道和尿道三维模型。阴道相关精细解剖参数如下:近、中、远端尿道阴道间隙依次为:5.99±1.95 mm、3.06±1.62 mm、1.09±1.43 mm。近端阴道前壁宽度34.09±6.83 mm,远端阴道前壁宽度29.69±5.60mm,阴道前壁中线长度61.02±10.12 mm。中段阴道轴位二维形态有H型和浅凹型两种,其中H型占比91.11%。结论:计算机三维重建技术能够直观再现人体阴道三维解剖形态,提供阴道精细解剖的三维研究的平台,通过多项径线的测量,反映正常状态下阴道及其周围支持结构功能的情况。Objective:To study 3D fine anatomy of vagina of normal young nullipara in rest state. Methods: The MRI data and general clinical information of gynecological patients in Nanfang hospital from January 2013 to October 2016 were analyzed. 45 normal young nulliparas who met the inclusion criteria were selected,using Mim- ics 10. 01 software to reconstruct 3D models,combining UG software to measure most kinds of anatomy parame- ters such as the length and width of vagina, and the space between vagina and urethra. Results:We successfully built 3D models of 45 patients, including uterus, vagina and urethra. It has characters of vivid, three-dimensional visual,multi-angle observation,for the rest state of normal young nullipara. And the fine related anatomic parameters of vaginal were as follows:proximal-middle-distal urethral vaginal gap measurements were 5.99 ± 1.95 mm, 3. 06 ±1.62 mm,1. 09 ±1.43 mm, respectively. Proximal vaginal anterior wall width was 34.09 ±6.83 mm,and distal width of vagina front wall was 29.69 ±5.60 mm. The length of vaginal anterior wall was 61.02±10. 12 mm. The two-dimensional shapes of axial vagina were H and shallow concave type,and almost 91.11% were H type. Conclusions :3D reconstruction skill is a good way to do the pelvic fine anatomy research which can display the human anatomy in an intuitive 3D form. Through 3D model of vagina,we can measure many parameters to reflect the ability of its surrounding support structure.
