摘　　要：激光拉曼光谱仪属于大型开放性仪器,掌握仪器的基本原理并且正确使用和维护仪器显得尤为重要。通过对影响HORIBA HR型激光拉曼光谱仪仪器性能的4个方面逐一讨论,包括仪器校准与调试、样品种类选择、合适测试参数设置、仪器保养与维护,不仅可以获得可靠、优质的拉曼光谱数据,更能提高仪器的使用效率、降低仪器故障率。Laser Raman spectrometer belongs to large opening instrument, it is important to master the basic principle, use and maintenance of the spectrometer, correctly. Not only reliable, high-quality Raman spectra data can be obtained, but also the service efficiency of the instrument can be improved, the failure rate can be reduced through the influence HORIBA HR Raman spectrometer instrument performance of four aspects discussion which includes instrument calibration and debugging, sample types, suitable parameters setting and instrument maintenance.
