摘  要:以柠檬酸和尿素为碳源和氮源,通过一步回流法合成氮掺杂碳点(N-CDs),该N-CDs表面含有羟基和氨基,并且具有强烈的荧光性能。该N-CDs显示出激发波长不依赖发射波长的行为,最佳激发波长为290 nm。Cr^(6+)能够有效猝灭N-CDs的荧光,且N-CDs对Cr^(6+)具有良好的选择性。另外,在Cr^(6+)的浓度为0~8μM的范围内,N-CDs的荧光变化值与Cr^(6+)的浓度呈线性关系。In this paper, the citric acid and urea as carbon source and nitrogen source were used to one step synthesis nitrogen doped carbon dots (N-CDs) via reflux method. The obtained N-CDs were containing hydroxyl and amino functional groups. The N-CDs exhibited an intense emission peak at the 290 nm and possess intense fluorescence and excitation wavelength independent emission wavelength. The fluorescence of the N-CDs can be quenched by Cr^6+ The N-CDs possess good selectivity for Cr^6+. In, addition, the N-CDs exhibited a wide linear response concentration range (1-8 μM) to Cr^6+.
