摘  要:针对棉印染行业缺乏较科学、客观的评价指标体系的现状,基于层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标权重值的基础上,采用模糊数学评判法(Fuzzy)综合构建出包含6个准则层和30项二级评价指标的《棉印染行业清洁生产评价指标体系》,并利用该评价指标体系对佛山某服装企业进行评价。从审核前后的对比,该企业从清洁生产三级水平(70.12分)提升到二级水平(79.82分)。通过与其它评价方法的对比研究表明:基于AHP-Fuzzy法确定的指标体系评价棉印染企业清洁生产水平时能量化表征出各级指标偏向相应标准的模糊程度,直观反映出企业的薄弱环节,能更好地指导企业发掘应主攻的清洁生产方向,为棉印染行业的清洁生产提供量化标准和科学依据。Cotton dyeing and printing industry call for some more scientific and objective evaluation index systems. Based on the determined evaluation index weights of AHP method, Fuzzy method was used to construct the comprehensive "cotton printing and dyeing industry clean production evaluation index system" in this paper. The index system consists of 6 criteria layers and 30 evaluation indicators. Taking a garment enterprise in Foshan city as an example, the cotton printing and dyeing industry clean production evaluation index system was used to evaluate each index of this company. From the comparison before and after the implementation of the improvement program, the grade of clean production level was upgraded from the third (70.12 points) to the second (79.82 points).Through comparison with other evaluation methods, the result shows that index system by AHP-Fuzzy method can quantify the fuzzy degree of each index during the evaluation of cleaner production in cotton printing and dyeing enterprises and directly reflect the weak links of enterprises and clearly lead the direction of further cleaner production and provide quantitative standards and scientific basis for cleaner production of cotton printing and dyeing industry.
