摘  要:麦蛾是国内外主要储粮害虫之一。为了提高麦蛾性信息素监测与防治效果,本研究利用人工合成麦蛾信息素顺7,反11-十六碳二烯醇醋酸酯,在实仓条件下,优选其最佳性信息素诱蛾剂量,探索食物源取食引诱异戊醇与冰醋酸对其诱集效果的影响,比较了黄色与白色黏板性诱剂的诱蛾效果。研究结果表明,麦蛾性信息素顺7,反11-十六碳二烯醇醋酸酯在剂量0.5~10 mg范围内具有显著的诱蛾活性,但剂量之间差异不显著。异戊醇和冰醋酸取食引诱剂本身对麦蛾没有表现出明显的引诱活性,但能够提高麦蛾性信息素的诱捕效果。此外不同黏板颜色对麦蛾性诱剂引诱效果研究表明黄色黏板比白色黏板增加35.74%的诱蛾量。本研究为进一步开发麦蛾高效诱捕系统提供了借鉴。The angoumois grain moth, also known as Sitotroga cerealeUa is one of major pest insects of stored grain Worldwide. To improve the attractiveness of sex pheromone and thereby, monitor and control angoumois grain moth, inthe present study, the artificially synthesized sex pheromone of angoumois grain moth - (Z, E) -7, 11 - Hexadecadien - 1 - yl Acetate, was used in the full bin at the optimal dosage and its trapping effect was explored by using the feeding attractants of isoamyl alcohol and acetic acid What' s more, the inducing effects of white and yellow sticky boards with sex pheromone were compared with each other. The result showed that at the dosage of 0.5 - 10 tractants composed of isoamyl alcohol and glacial acetic acid had no obvious bioactivity itself, but helped improve the catches of sex pheromone attractant. Besides, yellow sticky boards with sex pheromone captured more moths than white sticky boards by 35.74%. The study provides a basis to further develop highly efficient trapping system for the angoumois grain moth.
