乳腺肿瘤患者应用围术期护理对心理状态及生活质量的改善作用

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺肿瘤患者应用围术期护理对心理状态及生活质量的改善作用。方法选择2015年4月~2016年11月我院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者50例,随机将所有患者分为两组,每组各25例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取围术期护理干预。对比两组患者干预前后的心理状态和生活质量变化情况。结果干预后,观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺肿瘤患者应用围术期护理可以有效降低不良情绪,缩短治疗时间,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on the improvement of mental state and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. Methods Fifty patients with breast cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups（n=25）. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group to take perioperative nursing intervention. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the quality of life score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative care of patients with breast cancer can effectively reduce the bad mood, shorten the treatment time and improve the quality of life.
