摘  要:目的比较化学发光法(TP-CMIA)与酶联免疫吸附法(TP-ELISA)检测献血者梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的效果。方法选择本院收到的无偿献血血液样本51454份,均施以TP-CMIA法与TP-ELISA法检测其梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体,对比不同检测方法对梅毒螺旋特意抗体的阳性检出率。结果使用TP-CMIA阳性检出率高于TP-ELISA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论献血者梅毒螺旋特异性抗体检测使用TPCMIA法检测的敏感度较TP-ELISA法好,具有检测快、操作简单、自动化等优势,在医院血液梅毒螺旋特异性抗体的检测中应用价值高。Objective To compare the effect of chemiluminescence(TP-CMIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(TP-ELISA) on detection of Helicobacter pylori-specific antibodies in blood donors. Methods 51454 samples of blood samples received from our hospital were selected and tested with TP-CMIA and TP-ELISA to detect the specific antibody of Treponema pallidum. The positive detection rate of syphilis spiral specific antibody was compared with different detection methods. Results The positive rate of TP-CMIA was higher than TP-ELISA, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity of detection of TPCMIA is better than that of TP-ELISA, and it has the advantages of rapid detection, simple operation and automation.
