摘　　要：[Objective] This study was conducted to provide a theoretical basis for the large area extension of covered well cellular transplanting. [Method] The effects of different transplanting dates and transplanting methods on yield and quality of fluecured tobacco were studied by field plot experiment with K326 as the main cultivated variety. [Result] The transplanting method could advance the transplanting date of tobacco seedlings, and achieve the effects of benefiting the growth of tobacco plants, improving the economic characteristics of tobacco leaves, coordinating the chemical components, and improving the smoking quality of tobacco leaves. [Conclusion] Generally, it is appropriate to transplant tobacco seedlings on February 25 by the covered well celluar method.[目的]为大面积推广井窖式移栽提供理论依据。[方法]以K326为主栽品种,通过田间小区试验研究了不同移栽期与移栽方式对烤烟产质量的影响。[结果]井窖式移栽方式可以将烟苗移栽期适当提前,且有利于烟株田间长势,明显改善了烟叶经济性状,协调化学成分,提高了烟叶评吸质量。[结论]以采用井窖式移栽方式,并将移栽期提前到2月25日移栽为最佳。
