医学影像诊断中心独立设置下大型医院发展策略分析

摘　　要：梳理了新医改以来独立医学影像领域政策变迁。利用SWOT分析法,提炼出国内大型公立医院具有强大的医疗品牌、丰富的专业人才队伍、强大的人才培养环境、接触病人优先性、医疗保险待遇等优势,也阐明预约等待时间长、重复检查多、劳动价值没有完全体现、新增设备受限等劣势。建议抓住医学影像市场巨大潜力、不断增长医疗服务需求的机会,与社会资本合作开办独立医学影像诊断中心,以期对大型综合医院发展提供思路。The formation and evolution of tiered health care delivery system policy were reviewed, and the American independent outpatient imaging centers were reported. According to SWOT analysis, the strengths of governmental hospital were great brand, expert professionals, a good environment of professionals, the priority of making contact with patients and medical insurance. At the same time, the long appointment, much re-checking, low labor value, serious brain – drain and restriction on new equipment were the weakness. According to the great potential market and increasing medical care demand, the governmental hospital cooperated with social capital to set up independent outpatient imaging center.
