摘　　要：从某省级医院开展医务志愿服务的现状着手,分析医务志愿者服务的特点、取得的成绩和存在的不足,从而有针对性地提出医务志愿服务工作的发展策略,为进一步加强和改进医疗服务和开展医务志愿服务工作提供参考。The article starts from the present situation of medical volunteer service in a provincial hospital,analyzes the characteristics of medical volunteers service,achievements and the existing problems,thus puts forward targeted development strategy of medical volunteer service work,offers a reference for further strengthening and improving medical services and develop medical volunteer service work.
