摘  要:为提升供用电可靠性,针对电气设备中无功补偿设备发热问题,结合红外热成像检测技术的实践应用,文中研究了电气设备无功补偿设备中并联电容器汇流排过热和电容器套管柱头接线端过热及外部熔断器的发热问题。依据相关规范,采用表面温度判断、同类比较和相对温差方法诊断分析了发热问题的成因,并提出了解决方案。通过对无功补偿的红外热成像检测,为变电设备的状态检修提供可靠的数据,同时也为红外热成像技术在电气设备上的应用提供依据。In order to improve the reliability of power supply and removing the heating problems of reactive- load compensation equipment electrically,this paper studies overheating of parallel capacitor busbar in reactive-load compensation equipment, overheating of the drivepipe chapiter terminal of capacitor and heating of fuse for external protection ,with practical application of infrared thermal imaging detection technology.The cause of the heating problem is found and analyzed with adopted surface temperature judgment, comparison and relative temperature difference method for diagnosis and relevant standards.And soltuions are proposed. Through the detection of infrared thermal imaging of reactive-load compensation equipment, reliable data are provided for state maintenance of the substation equipment and ,basis are provided for the application of infrared thermal imaging to electrical equipment.
