摘 要:此文数值分析了新月覆冰八分裂导线在不同风攻角下的气动特性,包括各个子导线三分力系数(升力系数C_L、阻力系数C_d和扭转系数C_m)在不同风攻角下的变化情况。研究发现:受到上游迎风子导线尾流的影响,下游背风子导线的阻力系数明显降低,且在风攻角为0°~40°的范围内,下游背风子导线的升力系数出现峰值(极大值),而上游迎风导线的尾流对下游背风子导线的扭矩影响较小。With the process of urbanization, overhead lines are gradually replaced by cable lines, and there are more and more hybrid lines of aerial cables. For hybrid lines of aerial cables, there is no uniform principle in execution standard of the bloek/deblock for reclosure. In order to improve the operation safety of cable lines, Qingdao Power Supply Company requires that the reclosure shall quit operation when hybrid lines are required to be laid in one ditch with other cable lines. The distribution network lines in Qingdao Power Supply Company have achieved transformation of feeder automation of current mode. It is necessary to study the automatic operation and behavior of feeder automation of current mode when the reclosure of hybrid line has stopped using. In this paper,improvement measures are proposed for the deficiency of the action and behavior,which has certain guiding significance to the correct handling of mixed line faults by the network dispatcher.
