摘 要:以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇为主要原料,二羟甲基丙酸为亲水扩链剂,三乙胺为中和剂,合成了脂肪族水性聚氨酯。研究了—NCO/—OH物质的量比、—COOH/—OH物质的量比、聚合工艺等对乳液及其成膜的影响。结果表明,采用一步法合成工艺制备的聚氨酯水乳液分散均匀,乳液成膜具有耐黄变、强度高、韧性好、光泽度高等特点;—NCO/—OH物质的量比、—COOH/—OH物质的量比、反应温度和时间对聚氨酯水乳液及其成膜性能有较大影响。Aliphatic aqueous polyurethane was prepared by hexamethylene diisocyanate and polyether polyols as the base materials, and triethylamine as the neutralizer. The impact of the process conditions, including the molar ratio of isocyanate to hydroxyl, the molar ratio of carboxylic acid group to hydroxyl and polymerization process was studied on the influence of emulsion and its film forming. Results show that polyurethane emulsion prepared by one-step synthesis process is dispersed evenly, and the water emulsion film processes high yellowing resistance, good strength and toughness, high gloss and other characteristics; the molar ratio of isocyanate to hydroxyl, the molar ratio of earboxylic acid group to hydroxyl, reaction temperature and time have great influence on polyurethane water emulsion and its fihn forming properties.
