摘 要:一种新型超支化三嗪成炭剂(HCT)与多聚磷酸铵(APP)复配成膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR),与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混制备阻燃PP复合材料,采用垂直燃烧实验、红外光谱、扫描电镜对其阻燃性能和阻燃机理进行了研究。结果表明,当IFR加量为25%、APP∶HCT质量比为3∶1时,阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0级,并表现出较好的耐水性能。其阻燃机理是APP受热分解成HPO_3,HPO_3分子与三嗪环上的氨基发生脱水交联形成P—N、P—C交联的致密炭层。An novel intumescent flame retardants system (IFR) containing a hyperbranched char- forming agent (HCT) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP) was applied to prepare the polypropylene composites, then the flame retardance, water resistance and the flame retardant mechanisms of the composites were investigated by UL94 test, the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Scaning electon microscopy (SEM). The result show that the polypropylene composites with a 25% mass ratio of IFR (mass ratio of APP to HCT of 3 : 1 ) reaches UL94 V-0 and shows better water resistance. The retardant mechanism of the system is as follows: APP would release phosphoric acid when burning, the phosphoric acid reacts with the amino group in the triazine ring and forms a char containing the bonds with P-N and P-C via the cross- linking reaction.
