摘 要:针对多级离心泵扬程高、转速高的特点,应用转子动力学对该泵的运行可靠性进行了研究。采用数值模拟的方法对整个转子振动模态进行分析,得到转子5阶固有频率和相应振型图。以转子部件固有频率作为基础,计算得到转子部件的"干"临界转速。通过流固耦合的研究方法,分析有预应力的模态计算,得到转子部件的"湿"临界转速。研究结果表明,相同阶时"湿"临界转速小于"干"临界转速。转子部件一阶"湿"临界转速为5 074 r/min,远大于实际额定转速的2 980 r/min,表明所设计的泵转子符合结构动力学设计要求。Based on the muhi-stage centrifugal pumps with a high head, high rotational speed, high reliability and so on, the rotor of the pump is studied through rotor dynamics design. The vibration modal of the entire rotor is analyzed by numerical calculation. After that, 5 natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration model diagram can be obtained. Then the corresponding "dry" critical rotational speeds are calculated through the natural frequency of the pump. The "wet" critical rotational speeds are calctdated by making an analysis of the pre -stressed model with fluid-solid interaction method. The result is that "wet" critical rotational speed is less than "dry" critical rotational speed in the same order. The first order "wet" critical rotational speed of the rotor is 5074r/min, which is much larger than the actual speed 2980 r/min. The resuhs show that the design of the pump rotor consistent with the structural dynamic design requirements.
