摘　　要：[目的/意义]顺应国家"十三五"对卫生健康领域科技资源开放共享和高效利用的要求,了解我国卫生健康领域科学数据管理的现状,为贯彻落实数据全链条管理奠定基础。[方法/过程]从国家人口与健康科学数据共享平台入手,选取具有代表性的数据中心和专题服务平台,以问卷调查为主、其他方法相结合的方式,调查分析数据管理流程、工具使用、系统建设等方面的现状。[结果/结论]我国卫生健康领域可以从以下几方面加强数据全链条管理水平:增强数据全链条管理意识;提升数据管理技术支撑能力;重视数据管理人才队伍建设。[ Purpose/significance] For adapting to the requirements of national ＂ 13th Five-Year Plan＂ on sharing and efficient use of science and technology resources in the realm of health, this paper helps us understand the situation of health scientific data management in China, in order to better manage the data lifecycle. [ Method/process] This paper selected representative data centers and special service platforms from the National Scientific Data Sharing Platform for Population and Health as survey objects. Investigated data were gathered based on the questionnaire and other methods. Then, the study analyzed the workflow of data management, the use of tools and the construction of systems. [ Result/ conclusion] We can strengthen the health scientific data lifeeycle management from the following aspects： increasing the awareness of data lifecycle management, enhancing the technical ability of data management, paying attention to the construetion of the data management team.
