炙甘草汤加减治疗心肌缺血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察炙甘草汤治疗心肌缺血的临床疗效,以及对心脏彩超、心电图和血清酶谱变化情况的影响。方法:收集中医辨证为气阴两虚证的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心肌缺血患者106例,分成对照组和治疗组,每组53例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用炙甘草汤加减(炙甘草12 g,党参9 g,生地黄20 g,阿胶6 g,桂枝9 g,麦冬6 g,麻子仁6 g,生姜9 g,大枣20 g,丹参6 g,当归6 g。)治疗,水煎,每日1剂,早晚各服用1次。比较两组患者的临床疗效,心脏彩超、心电图和血清酶谱的变化。结果:治疗后观察组有效率为88.67%高于对照组73.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后心脏彩超、心电图、血清指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心脏彩超、心电图、血清指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤加减联合西药治疗心肌缺血患者疗效显著,患者心电图、心脏彩超以及心肌酶和血清指标得到了明显的改善。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhigancao Decoction on myocardial ischemia,as well as the changes of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography,electrocardiogram and serum zymogram. Methods： 106 patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia were divided into two groups： Control group and treatment group,each group of 53 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was given Zhigancao Decoction in addition of the control group,taking twice a day. Compare clinical efficacy,heart color Doppler ultrasound,ECG and serum zymogram changes of the two groups.Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 88. 67%,which was higher than that of the control group（ 73. 58%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant difference of the two groups before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of Zhigancao Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of myocardial ischemia is significant,and the electrocardiogram,cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography and myocardial enzymes and serum indexes have been improved obviously.
