静宁方联合推拿治疗气阴两虚型儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨静宁方联合推拿治疗儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍的远期临床疗效及安全性。方法:将儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍50例患儿随机分为两组(A组和B组),采用二阶段交叉设计试验,第一阶段(试验前3个月)A组患者为干预组(静宁方联合推拿组),B组为对照组(静宁方组);第二阶段(试验后3个月)A组为对照组,B组为干预组。于每个阶段开始、结束时应用SNAP-Ⅳ父母等级评定量表评估治疗效果并记录不良反应事件。结果:两组接受静宁方联合推拿干预后,均表现为注意缺陷评分、多动/冲动评分显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二阶段交叉设计的方差分析显示,两组患儿注意缺陷评分、多动/冲动评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无不良反应。结论:静宁方联合推拿治疗儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍具有较好远期临床疗效和安全性。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jingning Prescription combined with massage in treatment of children＇s attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder（ ADHD） with Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome. Methods： Fifty ADHD patients were randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B. In the first phase（ 3 months before the trial）,the patients in group A was the intervention group（ Jingning Prescrisption combined with massage group） while group B was the control group（ Jingning group）; in the second stage（ 3 months after the experiment） group A was the control group and group B was the intervention group. At the end of each phase,the SNAP-Ⅳ Parental Rating Scale was used to assess the therapeutic effect and the adverse events were recorded during the process. The scores of attention deficit and hyperactivity/impulse in the two groups（ P〈0. 05） were significantly lowered after treatment. The variance analysis of the two-stage crossover design suggested that there were significant differences in the scores of attention deficit and hyperactivity/impulse scores after the treatment by using Jingning Prescription combined with massage compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. In addition,there were no adverse reactions.Conclusion： Jingning Prescription combined with massage therapy has good long-term clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of children＇s attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder with Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome and massage is an effective and safe method for adjuvant treatment of ADHD.
