平乐疏肝活血汤加减配合绝对卧床治疗中老年腰椎间盘突出症急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察基于平乐正骨理论核心"气血共调平衡"和急性期"破瘀扶正"为辨证要点组方的平乐疏肝活血汤加减,配合绝对卧床治疗中老年腰椎间盘突出症急性期的临床疗效。方法:观察85例符合腰椎间盘突出症急性期诊断标准的中老年患者,给予平乐疏肝活血汤加减内服,治疗过程中患者绝对卧床,观察治疗前后VAS评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分变化。结果:患者服用平乐疏肝活血汤加减并绝对卧床治疗后,疼痛VAS评分和ODI评分较治疗前显著降低,评分差异均有显著性意义。结论:基于平乐正骨理论核心"气血共调平衡"理论和急性期"破瘀扶正"为辨证要点组方的平乐疏肝活血汤加减,配合绝对卧床治疗,对治疗中老年腰椎间盘突出症急性期疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of pingle shugan huoxue decoction that based on the theory of ＂Pingle orthopedic balance of Qi and Blood＂ and ＂breaking the stasis and strengthening body resistance＂, combined with staying in bed for the middle-aged and old patients in the acute stage of lumbar disc protrusion. Methods： Eighty-five middle-aged and old patients of acute stage pain of lumbar disc protrusion were selected. The cases took pingle shugan huoxue decoction, and were asked to completly rest in bed. After the courses of treatment, the changes of VAS score and Oswestry disability index （ODI） score were compared before and after treatment. Results： After treatments, the VSA score and ODI score were decreased obviously, with remarkable differences. Coclusion： pingle shugan huoxue decoction that based on the theory of ＂Pingle orthopedic balance of Qi and Blood＂ and ＂ breaking the stasis and strengthening body resistance＂, combined with completly resting in bed,acts positively for the middle-aged and old patients in the acute stage of lumbar disc protrusion.
