曲骨平刺治疗慢性前列腺炎90例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察曲骨平刺治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:90例慢性前列腺炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,分别采用曲骨平刺和西药甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片口服,同期治疗6周。于入组前及治疗后进行美国国立卫生院的慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index,NIH-CPSI)评分和中医辨证评分。根据症状评分结果计算出临床有效率,应用SPSS 21.0进行数据分析。结果:2组治疗前后临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组,NIH-CPSI评分和中医辨证评分结果显示治疗组改善程度更为显著,对于症状严重程度(疼痛+排尿症状)项目的改善情况更为突出。结论:曲骨平刺治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效肯定,其临床疗效优于西药甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片口服,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of horizontal needling of the acupoint RN2 treating on Chronic Prostatitis （CP）. Methods：A total of 90 patients suffering CP, who met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into horizontal needling of the acupoint RN2 （treatment） group and western medicine （control） group （n = 45 cases in each group）. The patients in the two groups were treated with acupuncture and medicine separately for 6 weeks in the same period. Before and after the treatment, all patients were evaluated by National Institutes of Health- Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （NIH-CPSI） and Syndrome Differentiation Score of TCM. According to the clinical scale score, the clinical efficiency was calculated and SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data. Results：There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment. The treatment group was superior to the control one, and the results of NIH-CPSI and Syndrome Differentiation Score of TCM showed that the improvement of the treatment group was more significant, especially on the symptoms of pain and micturition. Conclusion ：The clinical effect of the treatment of CP with the horizontal needling of the acupoint RN2 is affirmative and worthy of broader clinical application.
