摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性自身免疫功能障碍疾病,其病因及发病机制尚不明确。长期临床研究表明,中医药治疗类风湿关节炎具有独特优势,加大对中医药的研究必须借助动物模型,由此构建具有中医证候特征的动物模型是关键。病证结合动物模型结合现代医学"病"和中医"证"的优势,是目前应用最广泛的中医动物模型。笔者拟对近年来RA病证结合动物模型进行综述,并对其存在的问题进行思考,以期推动RA病证结合动物模型及其证候生物学机制的研究进展。Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disorder diseases, its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear. The long-term clinical research shows that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantage about rheumatoid arthritis, to increase the research of Chinese medicine, we must use the animal model. The key is to establish an animal model with characteristics of TCM syndromes. The integrate of disease and syndrome animal model Combines the advantages of ＂disease＂in modern medicine and ＂syndrome＂ of traditional Chinese medicine, its currently the most widely used animal models of TCM. The author intends to promote research progress of RA animal model with integrate of disease and syndrome in TCM and biological mechanism of syndrome.
