摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)为共聚单体,制备具有核壳结构的含氟聚丙烯酸酯乳胶粒。研究了DFMA用量对乳液聚合稳定性和储存稳定性、单体转化率、乳胶粒粒径、Zeta电位的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和透射电镜(TEM)进行表征。结果表明,含氟单体参与了共聚反应。含氟单体DFMA的引入会降低单体的转化率与聚合的稳定性。随着DFMA用量的增加,单体转化率下降,凝聚率增加,乳胶粒粒径变大,Zeta电位绝对值降低。含氟聚丙烯酸酯乳胶膜具有两个Tg,分别为-7.0℃和52.0℃。所制备的乳胶粒储存稳定性良好,具有明显的核壳结构,平均粒径在120nm左右,且分散均匀。The core-shell fluorine-contained acrylate latex was prepared with methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid and dodecaflu- oroheptyl methacrylate (DFMA) as monomers. The effects of DFMA content on the polymerization stability, storage stability, monomer conversion, particle size and Zeta potential were investigated. The latex and latex film were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the DFMA took part in the copoly- merization with other monomers. The incorporation of DFMA had a negative effect on the monomer conversion and polymerization stability. With the increase of DFMA content, the monomer conversion and the absolute value of Zeta potential decreased, and the coagulation rate and particle size increased. The latex film had two Tg which was -7.0℃ and 52.0℃ respectively. The obtained fluorine-contained acrylate latex showed a good stor- age stability. Meanwhile, the latex possessed obvious core-shell structure, and was well dispersed with a particle size of about 120nm.
