摘  要:以二甲苯为溶剂,苄基三甲基溴化铵为催化剂,将2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-530)与均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)反应,红外分析显示反应物PMDA的酸酐特征峰(νC=O,1860cm^(-1)与1769cm^(-1))消失,产物中出现了酯基吸收峰1730cm^(-1),表明制得了多官能度硅烷寡聚物(PSO)。将KH-530及PSO水解后分别制备马口铁片防护涂层,测试涂层的机械性能、热稳定性和防腐蚀性能。结果表明,PSO涂层的硬度达到了4H,而KH-530涂层硬度仅为1H;两者耐冲击性能均超过100cm·kg,耐弯曲性能均达到1级;热重分析表明,在高温下PSO涂层的热稳定性较好,低温区热稳定性略有降低;极化曲线拟合数据表明,PSO涂层的腐蚀速率0.1033mm/a,优于KH-530涂层;PSO涂层耐盐雾近500h无明显锈蚀。A polyfunctional silane oligomer (PSO) is synthesized by the reaction between 2-(3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) ethyhrimethoxysilane (KH- 530) and pyromellitic anhydride (PMDA) with the xylene as solvent and benzyhrimethyl ammonium bromide as catalyst. The FFIR shows that the characteristic peaks (vc-o, 1860cm-1 and 1769cm-1) of PMDA disappears and the product shows a ester group absorption peak in 1730cm-1, which in- dicates that the polyfunctional silane oligomer (PSO) is obtained. The KH-530 and PSO are hydrolyzed to prepare the tinplate protective coating in order to test their mechanical properties, thermal stability and corrosion resistance. Both of the KH-530 and PSO coatings' impact performances are more than 100cm'kg and their bending properties reach level 1. However the KH-530 coating only has a hardness of 1H while the PSO coating's is 4H. The thermogravimetrie analysis shows that the PSO coating has a better thermal stability than the KH-530 coating at high temperature, but it slightly lowers in the low temperature zone. The polarization curve fitting data show that the PSO coating has a lower corrosion rate of 0.1033mm/a. The PSO coating can almost stand nearly 500h salt spray eorrosion and has no obvious corrosion.
