摘　　要：目的:评价自我护理小组(SCG)模式对预防麻风畸残和改善社会参与的效果。方法:以具有组织领导能力的麻风致残者(DPAL)所在的社区为中心,召集周围的DPAL组成10~13人规模的4个SCG,每半年开展聚会和畸残预防教育活动一次,共6次,使用麻风畸残基础记录表和社会参与量表,每年评估SCG的效果。结果:共46例DPAL参加,经过3年的SCG模式干预,红眼分数下降81.25%,手皲裂分数下降83.75%,手伤口数量下降75%,足皲裂分数下降84.21%,足溃疡分数下降45.45%,未发生视力下降。参与量表得分从基线的37.37±17.30分,下降至第3年底的23.78±13.15分,社会参与受限率从基线时的73.91%,下降到第3年底的32.61%。结论:SCG模式干预对预防麻风患者的畸残和改善社会参与具有肯定效果。Objective： To assess the effects of selfcare group（ SCG） in preventing leprosy disability and promoting social participation. Methods： The disabled persons affected by leprosy（ DPAL） with good leadership and organization skills were selected as the SCG leaders,and DPAL from surrounding communities were recruited to form self-care groups（ 10 to 13 persons in each group）. The SCG got together every 6 months for6 times. The SCG consultant evaluated the effects of SCG with the Baseline Disability Record Table and the Participation Scale at baseline each year. Results： There was forty six patients participated the SCG,The red eyes score decreased by 81.25%,hand fissures scores by 83.75%,hand wound counts by 75%,foot fissure score by 84.21% and foot ulcer score by 45.45% after 3-years intervention. The participation scale score declined from 37.37±17.30 to 23. 78 ± 13. 15 and the limitation of social participation declined from 73. 91% to 32.61% at the end of the study. Conclusion： SCG is effective in preventing disability and promoting social participation.
