摘 要:针对综采工作面远距离供液供电带来的压力损失、电压降损失等问题,以龙王沟煤矿大功率、重型综放设备远距离供液供电为基础,模拟分析了管路参数、流量对远距离供液管路压力损失的影响,研究了智能集成供液系统,分析计算了电压降损失对配电设备的影响及极限可靠供电距离,进行了龙王沟煤矿大采高综放工作面远距离供液供电方案优化设计。研究结果表明:乳化液流速越大,供液管路的沿程压力损失越大,龙王沟煤矿2450m远距离供液压力损失约为3.54MPa,采用变频智能集成供液系统实现了工作面恒压快速供液。高压变频器远距离供电需要采用专用变频电缆及电抗器,降低电网的干扰,采煤机、破碎机的极限可靠供电距离为1550m。远距离供液供电技术解决了龙王沟煤矿大采高综放工作面巷道行人困难、通风阻力大、设备列车数量多、推移劳动强度大等技术难题。Aiming at the pressure loss and voltage drop in long distance power and fluid supply of fully mechanized coal face, according to the remote power and fluid supply for high power and heavy top - coal caving equipment in Longwanggou Coal Mine, simulation was carried out to analyze of the influence of pipeline parameters and flow on long distance pipeline pressure loss, the intelligent integration fluid supply system was studied, the impact of voltage drop loss on power distribution equipment was analyzed and the limit distance of reliable power supply was calculated, and then, the optimization design of remote power and fluid supply scheme was carried out for fully mechanized high - cutting top - coal caving face in Longwanggou Coal Mine. The results show that, the emulsion flow velocity is positively related to the fluid pressure loss, the 2450m pipeline of Longwanggou Coal Mine suffered about 3.54MPa fluid pressure loss, and constant - pressure rapid fluid supply was realized with the variable frequency intelligent integration system. Special cable and reactor should be applied for high voltage frequency converter long - distance power supply to reduce the interference of power grid, and the limit distance of reliable power supply distance for shearer and crusher was 1550m. The remote power and fluid supply technology solved the technical problems in fully mechanized high - cutting top - coal caving face roadway of Longwanggou Coal Mine, such as, limited space for workers to ambulate, great ventilation resistance, large number of equipment and trains, and high labor intensity for support moving, etc.
