摘 要:针对赵官煤矿低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采困难的问题,综合考虑瓦斯抽采效果和工艺技术要求,在瓦斯抽采效果可行性分析的基础上,采用本煤层大口径钻孔卸压增透技术,并根据复杂的地质条件和工程技术条件,在工程实践中设计运用钻孔扶正器和水气分离等设备。现场应用效果表明:大口径钻孔能够在瓦斯抽采过程中起到良好的卸压增透效果,相比于小口径钻孔瓦斯流量提高了15%,平均抽采浓度提高了50%,抽采总量提高了34%,实现了高浓度、大流量的瓦斯抽采,取得了一定的经济和安全效益。Aiming at the gas drainage difficulty in low permeability seam, according to the complicated geological conditions and ventilation status in Zhaoguan Coal Mine, considering the effect of gas drainage and the technology requirements, and on the basis of the feasibility analysis of gas drainage, using the technology of large diameter concrete pile with pressure relief and permeability enhancement of the coal seam, the equipment such as drilling centering guide and moisture separator were designed and applied in engineering practice. The application results showed that large diameter concrete pile had a good effect on pressure relief and permeability enhancement in the process of gas drainage, high concentration and large flow rate of gas drainage was realized, comparing to the normal - diameter drilling the gas concentration was enhanced by 50%, the flow rate was enhanced by 15% in average, and the total amount of gas drainage was enhanced by 34% , achieving favorable economic and security benefits.
