摘  要:为了解决煤泥分选过程中粗精煤灰分和浮选精煤水分出现的超标问题,新庄选煤厂通过对粗精煤和浮选精煤进行粒度分析,并采用水力分级设备工艺效果评定方法,对两台煤泥分级浓缩旋流器组的入料、底流和溢流分别取样,进行旋流器组分级效果评定。根据评定结果,新庄选煤厂用一台大直径旋流器替换两台煤泥分级旋流器组,同时调整干扰床位置,进一步优化生产工艺。改造结果表明,干扰床分选效果得到提高,粗精煤产率提高0.52%,加压过滤机脱水效果得到改善,浮选精煤水分控制在18%以下,同时减少粗精煤分选过程运输环节设备投入,降低装机功率55k W,整个优化改造每年可创造经济效益204万元。Aiming at the high ash of coarse clean coal and high moisture of flotation clean coal in Xinzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, the size composition of coarse clean coal and flotation clean coal was analyzed, samples feed, overflow and underflow products of two sets of slime classification cyclone groups were analyzed according to performance evaluation method for hydraulic classifiers, to evaluate the separation effect. According to the evaluation results, a large diameter cyclone was applied to replace the two sets of cyclone groups, meanwhile the position of TBS was adjusted to further optimize the separation processes. The results show that, the separation effect of the TBS was improved, the productivity of coarse clean coal increased by 0. 52%, the dewatering treatment of the pressure filter was ameliorated, the moisture of flotation clean coal was controlled below 18%. Moreover, equipment of the transportation links decreased in coal slime process, installed power reduced 55kW, the optimization can offer 2. 04 million yuan annual profits.
