摘 要:通过煤自燃程序升温实验,分析了在不同温度下平顶山矿区己组煤样的耗氧速度以及CO_2、CO、CH_4、C_2H_4、C_2H_6等气体的产生量,研究了己组煤在整个氧化阶段气体产物的生成规律及其特征,得出煤样耗氧量与煤温升高之间的对应关系。最终确定CO、C_2H_4、C_2H_6作为判断己组煤自然发火的不同阶段的标志性气体,CO/CO_2、C_2H_4/C_2H_6比值作为辅助指标。根据试验结果确定平顶山矿区己组煤自燃标志性气体临界判别指标值,为实现己组煤自然发火的准确预测预判提供依据。Through the test of spontaneous combustion, we analyzed heat intensity of coal samples at different temperatures, oxygen consumption rate and produce amount of CO2, CO, CH4, C2 H4, C2 H6, studied the law and characteristics of gas production in the whole oxidation stage, and obtained the corresponding relationship between the oxygen consumption of coal sample and the increase of coal temperature. Finally, we selected the CO, C2 H4, C2H6 as the sign gases for different stages in coal spontaneous combustion of VI Group, the specific value of CO/COg and C2H4/C2 H6 are secondary indicators. Based on test results, we determined the discrimination index value of spontaneous combustion, and provided a reliable basis for forecast and integrated control of Pingdingshan VI Group coal mining.
